Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Neerus tags and invoice slips are included inside the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the garment for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
